"An incorrect Agent ID or Password was entered" error message

If you receive an incorrect Agent ID or Password error when attempting to log onto the MLS, check the following:

• Make sure you have the correct agent ID and password. If you are not sure, call the MLS staff for assistance.
• The Password field is case-sensitive, so be sure to type your password using lowercase or uppercase letters as appropriate, and make sure that your Caps Lock is off.
