Error Messages
"An incorrect Agent ID or Password was entered" error message
If you receive an incorrect Agent ID or Password error when attempting to log onto the MLS, check the following:
- Make sure you have the correct agent ID and password. If you are not sure, call the MLS staff for assistance.
- The Password field is case-sensitive, so be sure to type your password using lowercase or uppercase letters as appropriate, and make sure that your Caps Lock is off.
